Deloitte in Russia is part of Deloitte CIS Holdings Limited (“Deloitte CIS”), a member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL). Deloitte is represented across Russia, including offices in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Ufa, Ekaterinburg and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, They provide audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services to public and private clients spanning multiple industries. In 2015, Deloitte celebrated 25 years in Russia.
PROJECT
The project was split into 3 phases in the newly completed Romanov Dvor II Office Complex. The total area to be fitted out was 5,770 m2 and we were responsible for all the Architectural and Engineering Design based on space planning prepared by Concept, the furniture supplier. The space was in shell & core condition at the start of the works.
The first phase of 2,400 m2 was completed within 12 weeks (including design / approvals from the Landlord), the second phase of 1,900 m2 was delivered for occupancy by the Client 5 weeks later. The final phase of 1,470 m2 was scheduled to be completed the following year, with an on-site duration of 9 weeks, complicated by the fact that the building was now occupied by tenants which restricted our working hours.
RELATED PROJECTS
These new offices for Deloitte were located close to their existing offices in the Mokhovaya BC where we had already undertaken 6 projects under a Framework Agreement.
Concurrently with the final phase of the project we undertook two further Framework Agreement projects that interfaced with the above works - the upgrade of Deloitte's Data Centre and the design, supply and installation of a new Audio Video system across both the Mokhovaya and Romanov Dvor offices.
We also completed, in 2000, the fit-out of their previous office premises in the Gallery Aktor Business Centre on Tverskaya
