The area taken by Tele-2 was 3,000 m2 on the 10th & 11th floors of this newly constructed office building located at the junction of Novy Arbat and the Sadovaya Kolso close to the centre of Moscow. The 10th floor was occupied by the Client in 16 weeks from the start of the design process, the 11th floor 4 weeks later.

Part of the area fitted out in the project was a sub-lease (expansion) area of 510 m2, this was completed as open space and subsequently we were appointed by the tenant, Raiffeisen Life, to fit-out that area to a design jointly developed by Bene, their furniture supplier, and Altaca.
