CLIENT
Novatek is Russia's largest independent natural gas producer, and the seventh largest publicly traded company globally by natural gas production volume.
PROJECT
We were appointed by Novatek to undertake the turnkey, design-build fit-out of their new offices located in the newly completed Gazoil Plaza Business Centre, the space being in shell & core status. The overall area was 7,800 m2 over 5 floors. To prepare the architectural design we appointed and worked closely with Aurora Group, the MEP design was our responsibility. The overall duration of the project, from start of design to occupancy by the Client was 19 weeks.
RELATED PROJECTS
Whilst undertaking the above Project we were appointed to fit-out a PervoBank Branch Office in the same building, to be completed concurrently with the Novatek Project.
We have completed a number of turnkey, design-build fit-out projects both prior to and subsequent to the above Projects. Our Clients for these have included Pfizer, Deloitte (Romanov), SUEK, ENI / Severenergia, Japan Tobacco International, Avon, John Deere Corporation and Amway Corporation.
