Deloitte in Russia is part of Deloitte CIS Holdings Limited (“Deloitte CIS”), a member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL). Deloitte is represented across Russia, including offices in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Ufa, Ekaterinburg and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, They provide audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services to public and private clients spanning multiple industries. In 2015, Deloitte celebrated 25 years in Russia.
PROJECT
The project commenced with the removal of all existing fittings in previously occupied offices on the 5th and 6th floors of this modern office centre. We then installed new standard & custom-designed glazed partitions, reconfigured the existing ceiling lighting, ventilation, air conditioning & sprinkler systems.
All doors, skirting, partition tops and internal reception areas were supplied by Altaca's Turkish Office; having been custom-made for this project. In addition we designed, supplied and installed custom-made reception & conference room furniture.
The whole project was completed in 40 days in order to meet the client's deadline for occupation. This necessitated 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week working with the added constraint that adjoining offices were occupied by other firms whom we had to be very careful not to disturb.
RELATED PROJECTS
Following this project Deloitte relocated to the Mokhovaya BC & we entered into a Framework Agreement for works in their new offices - a total of 9 Projects were undertaken under this agreement.
They then took an additional 5,770 m2 in the adjacent Romanov Dvor BC, which we completed on the basis of a Design-Build Contract.
