PROJECT
Capital reconstruction & conversion of former factory cinema to create a modern office facility, the key works included the following:
• Complete demolition within building
• Construction of new floor slabs, internal walls & staircases, lift installation
• Replacement of all the building's windows
• Structured cabling system, terminations & certification
• New MEP systems throughout including chillers & air handling units
• Supply & Installation of furniture throughout
