Open Joint Stock Company Mosinzhstroi, a general constructor and contractor, builds engineering infrastructure projects in Moscow. The company provides construction engineering services. It specializes in the construction of architecture and sculpture projects, building roads and bridges, underground utility lines, underground facilities, mining and specials works, waterworks, construction of monolithic residential and social projects, and building urban environment projects. The company was founded in 1968 and is based in Moscow.
PROJECT
Line Architects prepared the Architectural Design for this fit-out of 1,660 m2 of new offices, on 3 floors of the Sadko (GIAP) Business Centre at Zemlyanoy Val next to the Silver City development, at that time under construction, where we subsequently completed several major projects. The related development and design of all the engineering systems was an Altaca responsibility.
The area to be fitted out had been previously occupied; we therefore, as part of our scope, were first required to completely demolish all existing installations. This being an occupied building, our works had to take place outside normal business hours in order to minimise any disruption to other tenants. The project was completed in 13 weeks, 2 weeks earlier than the contracted schedule.

In the adjacent Silver City BC, also a Delin Development Property, we worked closely with Delin on Projects for SUEK (9,900 m2), ENI / Severenergia (5,000 m2) and Prime Star / Eurolunch (1,300 m2). Additionally we undertook a Design & Budget Study for the proposed occupancy, by Alfa Bank, of 24,500 m2
