The existing walls and MEP systems were demolished and new architectural & engineering installations (to a turnkey design by Altaca) were completed. Included in the scope was the construction of a server room, equipped with gas suppression system and split system air-conditioning units. All IT and security systems were also in the work scope as were the custom-made doors, kitchen units, wardrobes & storage cupboards. The project was completed in 10 weeks from commencement of design to Client occupancy.

This was one of many Design-Build Projects undertaken by Altaca. Others include Projects for Deloitte (Romanov), Amway Corporation, Japan Tobacco International, SUEK & John Deere Corporation.
