They are part of the "Novikov Group" - the recognised leader and expert in the market segment of fast casual healthy eating. There are currently 55 cafes in Moscow under this brand name, many located in the leading Business Centres.

Following the completion of our major fit-out for SUEK of 9,900 m2 of offices on 3 floors of this newly developed Business Centre we were appointed by Delin, the building's developers, to undertake the fit-out of the restaurant facilities located on the lower ground floor of the complex. The operator's of the facilities were to be EuroStar (now Prime) part of the Novikov Group, this was one of the first Business Centre dining facilities they had become managers of. The facilities were opened within 8 weeks from the start of works on site. Our scope included all aspects of the restaurant including the kitchen and storage.
