Conversion of Warehouse Premises in the New Embassy Compound to form Offices

This was our second Project for the same Client Team, the first being a similar reconfiguration of a non-office facility to create new offices in the New Embassy Compound, 10 years previously.
Subsequent to this project we were awarded the Contract to undertake the capital renovation of roofs & terraces. Later we won another project for the capital renovation of 48 houses & garages in their Housing Complex - this included the complete removal & replacement of all roofs, walls, windows & doors whilst the buildings were occupied.
