KR Properties was formed in 2000 and is a key player in the Moscow commercial real estate market, developing & offering rental space for various purposes. They own and operate such facilities as the business district "Red Rose", loft-quarter "Danilovskaya Manufacture" and others.
PROJECT
BC "Demidov" is the largest office building in the Khamovniki district in Moscow - almost 22,000 m2; the Business Centre has 6 floors around a 27m high Atrium. Our project was to fit-out the main entrance to the complex as well as to complete all the finishing to the Atrium itself. This included the construction of a “Green Wall” that is almost the full height of the Atrium. Also in our scope was the fit-out of related common areas on each of the 6 floors. Demidov is located in the Business District “Red Rose”.
RELATED PROJECTS
We have completed similar main entrance areas to the Business Centres for Fosun Eurasia in Voentorg, PSN Group in Novospassky Dvor and also, for Horus Capital in Burevestnik. In Istanbul we completed a similar project in our Levent Loft project
