PSN Group has been working on the real estate market for more than a decade and is one of the largest private companies in Russia focusing on development and commercial and residential real estate management. Since its founding, the Group has completed more than 435,000 m2 of projects in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
PROJECT
Our project is in Building 22 within the Novospasskiy Dvor Business Park and involves the complete reconstruction and renovation of all the common areas of the building totalling some 4,340 m2, to a design created by SHCA (now Aukett Swanke). The interior of the 5-floor building is built around a full height atrium from which all occupants gain access to their offices. This has required us to co-ordinate closely with all tenants and has required us to do our works outside normal business hours.
The civil works include the demolition and removal of all wall, floor and ceiling finishes and their replacement with the new finishes. The doors from the atrium to tenant offices have been replaced and all toilets are being completely renovated. We have build a new staircase between the 1st and 2nd floors, provided custom-built furniture and fittings to the main reception area, constructed new conference & meeting rooms and replaced all lighting installations.
Our scope includes the upgrade / replacement of the existing MEP installations to bring up to the standard required of an A Class office centre. Concurrently we have modified the fire alarm and public address systems, the building automation systems and extended the structured cabling (IT) systems
We have also structurally altered and upgraded the entrance to the building.

We have undertaken several projects that involved the construction / reconstruction of the main Reception Areas of Business Centres including Voentorg, Demidov, Burevestnik, Aerostar Place & Sokol Plaza.
