PROJECT
We were appointed for this important turnkey, design-build, project following a competitive tender which effectively set the budget for the project which, at that time, we had still to design. As part of the selection process the Client's team visited a number of our past projects, extensively researched our past performance and also interviewed our planned project team.
For the project itself, we very closely liaised at all stages with the Client Team and senior management to establish their exact requirements and obtain their input, both as to the appearance of their new facilities and also their specific technical requirements regarding IT and AV systems.
