Pfizer Inc is an American multinational pharmaceutical corporation headquartered in New York City. It is among the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. Pfizer develops and produces medicines and vaccines for a wide range of medical disciplines.
PROJECT
A fit-out from shell & core over 3 floors in Naberezhnaya Tower C in Moscow City. Working to a space plan provided by the Client, we developed the design concept, in conjunction with their international and local facilities team and management. The 3 floors are differentiated from each other by the use of different colour schemes.
On the main "client" floor we constructed a set of meeting and conference rooms that were able to be totally flexible in configuration and a large break-out area.
We were responsible for all aspects of this turnkey project including MEP design, provision of the IT infrastructure with large data centre and AV installations
On completion the project was nominated for that year's Best Office Awards

Our first Project in this Business Centre was for the offices of Nortel Networks (1,500 m2) in Tower A.
