This project was Turnkey, Design-Build in close liaison with the local ENI Management and also with the company's head office in Italy which provided input throughout the design & construction as to corporate standards and requirements. We also worked with the Business Centre Management to ensure that there was complete coordination with the base building systems.

Within Silver City we undertook 2 previous projects, the fit-out of 9,900 m2 for the company SUEK on a similar Turn-Key Design Build basis, and the fit-out for Prime Star (Eurolunch) of the main restaurant area for the complex. Prior to the above we had worked with Delin Development for the fit-out of the offices for Mosinzhstroi in the adjacent Sadko Business Centre.
