ENI / SEVERENERGIA

CLIENT

Severenergia  was established in Novy Urengoy, Tyumen Oblast and it is a Russian oil and gas company, which operates in the Yamalo-Nenets region. It was formed based on the former assets of Yukos, and it is affiliated with Gazprom, Novatek, and Eni. The main subsidiary of SeverEnergia is Arktikgaz.  In 2009, 51% of SeverEnergia was acquired by Gazprom. Severenergia is currently an equally-owned joint venture of Gazprom Neft and Novatek. 

Eni is a major integrated energy company, committed to growth in the activities of finding, producing, transporting, transforming and marketing oil and gas. The company has global operations in 83 countries and employs about 84,000 people. Eni is currently present in Russia with upstream, midstream and downstream activities.

PROJECT

This project was Turnkey, Design-Build in close liaison with the local ENI Management and also with the company's head office in Italy which provided input throughout the design & construction as to corporate standards and requirements. We also worked with the Business Centre Management to ensure that there was complete coordination with the base building systems.

RELATED PROJECTS

Within Silver City we undertook 2 previous projects, the fit-out of 9,900 m2 for the company SUEK on a similar Turn-Key Design Build basis, and the fit-out for Prime Star (Eurolunch) of the main restaurant area for the complex. Prior to the above we had worked with Delin Development for the fit-out of the offices for Mosinzhstroi in the adjacent Sadko Business Centre.
