CLIENT
Itella-NLC provides storage, processing, logistics, and transportation services in Russia and internationally. It offers supply chain management, warehouse logistics, transport logistics, presales preparation, customs clearance, and product distribution services. The company also provides transport services using international and intercity automotive transport services, sea and air transport services, and package cargo delivery services. It offers its services through its logistics facilities in Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Samara, Rostov-on-Don, and Vladivostok.
PROJECT
The space that we worked in had been previously occupied by McKinsey and was being sub-leased to Itella-NLC by them. At commencement of the Project the area was mainly configured as open space. We undertook a total re-configuration of the area, including major modifications and extensions to the MEP Systems.
RELATED PROJECTS
Concurrently, on the same floor of the Office Complex, we undertook the fit-out of space for Tieto-Enator, designed by the same Architects & Engineers, under the same Project Management company.
We also worked in the White Square Business Centre for BNP Paribas Investment Bank, for whom we fitted out their offices, trading floor and data centre.
For JP Morgan Chase Bank we undertook a Critical Systems Project for their Offices and Trading Floor that involved the installation of a Generator and sophisticated control systems
