CLIENT
The Burevestnik Business Centre (GBA 37,200 m2, GLA 25,500 m2) is located in a renovated 19th century industrial building in Moscow. The building forms part of a complex and was a famous footwear factory in Soviet times. The business centre is a development undertaken by Horus Capital, with whom we worked closely with on their Krugozor Business Centre previously.
THIS PROJECT & RELATED PROJECTS
Altaca were responsible for the external renovation of the original building and also the addition of the mansard floor. Additionally we undertook the internal works to bring the building to shell & core status.
We were then appointed to undertake this fit-out of the main building entrance lobby and reception area.
Subsequently we also were appointed to fit-out the Business Centre's Restaurant Area and also Bayer's 11,000 m2 offices in the same complex.
