Schering-Plough Corporation was a United States-based pharmaceutical company, founded in 1851 as Schering AG in Germany. In 1971, the Schering Corporation merged with Plough to form Schering-Plough. Later the company became part of Merck & Co.

LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE is a European multinational luxury goods conglomerate, headquartered in Paris, France. The Company produces and sells champagne, cognac, perfumes, cosmetics, luggage, watches and jewellery.

Concurrently to the Schering Plough Project we undertook the fit-out in the same office complex of offices for the Russian operation of LMVH. On this project Altaca was responsible for developing the provided Architectural Design Concept as well as preparing the full MEP Design. The new offices were to be used both as the Client's Head Offfice and also as a training centre for staff and clients operating a chain of beauty salons across Russia.

Mentor Graphics, Inc is a US-based multinational corporation dealing in electronic design automation (EDA) for electrical engineering and electronics. Founded in 1981, the company is headquartered in Wilsonville, Oregon, and employs roughly 5,200 people worldwide

Following the above projects we were appointed by Mentor Graphics for the fit-out of their offices in the same building. The project was managed on the Client's behalf by Mott MacDonald. The architect for the project was UNK Project and the initial engineering survey of the premises was undertaken by WSP Group. The working designs were undertaken by Altaca.
