This house is designed with the needs of a modern family in mind. The house floor area of approximately 1,100 m2 and consists of four levels in total. It has been designed with maximum flexibility in mind. Only the highest quality materials have been used in the construction of this individual designed house. For maximum luxury living, advanced engineering systems has been installed.
Level one includes a spacious living room, formal dining room, family room with an interlinking kitchen / breakfast area. Solid fuel fire places are located in the living room and family room. All room floors are either finished with solid hardwood or natural stone slabs. A covered terrace can be approached from the family room; this area includes a natural stone finished barbeque fire place. Also on this level is a library, pantry, laundry room, nannies bedroom, double garage and security quarters.
The kitchen cabinets are finished with natural timber with black granite work top. The main appliances in the kitchen include a gas / electric stove, a double American style fridge and freezer, a wine cooler and ice maker. Trash grinders are installed in the kitchen and butler’s sinks. For easy of maintenance and cleaning a centralized vacuum cleaning system is installed throughout the house.
Level two is connected to level one via an elegant spiral hardwood stair case. The accommodation on this level includes three bedrooms which can accommodate double beds if required; each bedroom has its own en-suite rest room. One of the en-suites has a roof window to allow natural light to fill the room; the window has a rain sensor which closes automatically.
Also on Level two is the Master Bedroom suite which includes a spacious bedroom with a solid fuel burning fire place, private balcony, separate living room, two walk in closets, mini bar facilities. The Master bathroom contains a three sided central bath with Jacuzzi jets, two vanity units with limestone finished tops, a double shower with all stainless steel fixings. The room is finished with timber paneling to waist level.
In addition Level two has a room intended as a library and play area.
All bathrooms are tiled with ceramic or natural stone tiles. Only Stainless Steel fittings has been installed to each suite.
Level three comprise of an open plan loft area with two opening roof windows. This level has been designed to allow a future rest room to be installed if required. Level three also includes a spacious store area and technical area.
