KR Properties was formed in 2000 and is a key player in the Moscow commercial real estate market, developing & offering rental space for various purposes. They own and operate such facilities as the business district "Red Rose", loft-quarter "Danilovskaya Manufacture" and others.
PROJECT
We were requied to almost totally reconfigure the layout of the area which had been previously occupied by another tenant. This required significant changes to the existing engineering systems to also be undertaken.
RELATED PROJECT
For the same Client we had recently successfully completed a major fit-out of the entrance & common areas in their newly developed Demidov Office Building
