CLIENT
JSC «SUEK» is one of the leading coal mining companies in the world, Russia's largest coal manufacturer as well as supplier to the domestic and international markets. Mining, processing, transport and service enterprises of SUEK are located in seven regions of Russia. SUEK enterprises employ more than 33,000 people.
PROJECT
We were appointed by SUEK to undertake a turnkey, design-build fit-out project on 3 floors of this newly developed Business Centre. There were two parts to the project, the main office areas (9,100 m2) and the executive office area (see our separate Projects Page for more information on this). We took on responsibility for all aspects of the design, including space planning and the design concept itself. We worked very closely with the key management of SUEK and the developer's Delin with their facility management team to achieve the end result.
This particular part of the project was for the Main Office Floors area totalling 9,100 m2 on 2 floors of the building. The fit-out was completed in 27 weeks from appointment, and the commencement of the design process.
RELATED PROJECTS
Within Silver City we subsequently undertook 2 further projects, the fit-out of 5,000 m2 for the company ENI / Severenergia on a similar Turn-Key Design Build basis, and the fit-out for Prime Star (Eurolunch) of the main restaurant area for the complex.
Prior to the above we had worked with Delin Development for the fit-out of the offices for Mosinzhstroi in the adjacent Sadko Business Centre.
