KOKTOBE CITY (ETAP 4)

KOKTOBE CITY (ETAP 4)

Koktobe City is being developed by Singaporean private holding company Kusto.

Kusto Group was founded in 2002 and has more than 30 companies worldwide in mining, energy, agribusiness, construction materials, venture capital projects and education.

As part of Kusto, Koktobe City shares the group's values. The solutions used in the project are focused on the long-term comfort of the residents. The most suitable housing for people is developed, and the world's best practices are adopted and implemented by using the international experience of the team. We strive to offer the best product demanded by the buyer to the market.

Koktobe City is different from most residential complexes. There are no high-rise buildings on the site and people have more time to spend with their families. To achieve this, low-rise comfortable houses are being built and all necessary infrastructure is designed within walking distance.

While developing this project, we were inspired by modern German architecture and its advantages were adapted to Kazakhstan. Carefully designed and comfortable low-rise buildings, underground parking, car-free courtyards and small playgrounds, rhythmic facades without ostentatious elements - Koktobe City has been designed taking into account the best features of the new residential areas of Munich, Berlin and Düsseldorf.
