CLIENT
Swanke Hayden Connell Architects was an international architecture, interiors and historic preservation firm with U.S. headquarters in New York City. the firm expanded its disciplines and became a global practice, initially opening their offices in Moscow in 2006. In 2015 Swanke Hayden Connell Europe merged with Aukett Fitzroy Robinson to form Aukett Swanke.
PROJECT
The main design feature of the new offices is that there are no ceilings in the main open-plan area therefore leaving all engineering installations exposed.
RELATED PROJECTS
This was our 5th project in the Krugozor Office Complex; previous projects were for ABB, AIG Financial Services, Applied BioSystems and Horus Capital (the developers of the Complex). Subsequent to this project we also completed in the same complex offices for John Deere Corporation and NIKE
We subsequently worked with SHCA (Aukett Swanke) on our PSN Group project in Novospasskiy Dvor
