BANK OF AMERICA

BANK OF AMERICA

CLIENT

Bank of America set up its representative office in Moscow in 1973. They started their banking operations in Russia in 1998 through their Moscow-based subsidiary to provide a full range of wholesale services for corporate clients, including large Russian and foreign corporations, Russian banks and governmental bodies.

PROJECT

The Bank of America offices were located on the third floor of the Samsung Office Complex just off Ulitsa Tverskaya.

Altaca's work, in this instance, besides the standard office fit-out with partitions and raised flooring, included the provision and installation of such specialised fittings as:

a 1.6 tonnes vault

a dealer's room with special lighting and electrical requirements and separate air-conditioning

an IT room with UPS, dedicated precision-controlled air-conditioning, a gas suppression system, a fire/heat detection system, an alarm system and a water leak/moisture detection system

steel sheets to internal and external walls.
